6 cups cubed day old French bread
5 cups half and half
1/2 cup sugar
8 oz. good white chocolate, chopped well or grated
3 whole eggs
5 egg yolks
3 thinly sliced peaches, fresh if possible or 12 oz. can in own juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
SAUCE:
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup Kahlua
8 oz. White Chocolate, chopped well or grated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Place French bread in a 9 X 13 baking dish and toast for 15 minutes. Set aside.
Heat half and half and sugar just to the boiling point. Remove from heat and add white chocolate, stirring until chocolate melts. Using a flat whisk, combine whole eggs, yolks, salt and spices in a large bowl. Add cream and chocolate to this mixture and gently mix. Pour this mixture over toasted bread and allow to soak for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
While bread is baking, prepare sauce.
Simmer heavy cream and Kahlua for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add white chocolate, stirring until chocolate melts.
Serve bread pudding hot with warm white chocolate sauce and top with sliced peaches.
