1 lb. hamburger
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 or 2 stalks celery, chopped
2-3 Tblsp. chopped green pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce
1 pint tomato juice or chunk tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 heaping Tblsp. chili powder or to taste
1 can kidney beans or navy beans, optional
1 1/2 cups uncooked spaghetti

Brown hamburger, onion, celery, and green pepper.
Drain off excess fat. Add tomato soup, sauce, juice, and seasonings. In separate pan, cook spaghetti for 5 minutes. Drain. Add to meat mixture and simmer gently, stirring often, for 1/2 hour.
