1 1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup cornmeal
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Place in 8x8" greased pan. Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes.
