1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp three onion dip mix
3 Tbsp Poco Salsa mix
3 Tbsp dry breadcrumbs
1 cup diced green or red peppers
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp sun-dried tomato & herb dip mix
1 can (14 oz) artichokes, drained and finely chopped

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Gently combine all ingredients and pour into lightly buttered casserole dish. Do not over mix. Bake 30-40 minutes. Serve with crackers or thinly sliced French bread.
