2 lbs. ground beef
1 large dry onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
Serve with rice or egg noodles

Brown ground beef and onion well. Add soups. Heat thoroughly. Just before serving, add sour cream.

This is a family favorite and although it is probably not the healthiest dish out there, it is very quick and tasty. If you want to improve the nutritional value, you could use brown rice and instead of sour cream use plain yogurt. If it is too thick for you, add a little milk.
