2 1/2 c. stuffing or croutons
6 T. melted butter
8 oz. cream cheese
4 T. softened butter
4 oz. can or fresh mushrooms
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
2 cans crescent rolls or biscuits
(or make your own)
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
(celery or olives, opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix last four ingredients. Add celery or olives if desired. Divide filling and spoon into 16 triangles. Roll wide end to the point tacking as you go.

Roll in melted butter and then in the crumbs. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Mix soup and sour cream. Spoon over rolls.
