10 medium potatoes
1 c sour cream
1 8oz cream cheese
2 t grated onion
1/2 c butter
1/4 t pepper
1 t salt
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
1 c sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and mash potatoes in salt water. While hot, add sour cream, softened cream cheese, onion, butter, salt, pepper, and cheddar cheese. Put in a 9" x 12" casserole dish. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle on parmesan cheese. Bake 10 minutes.
