2 C. boiling water
2 C. diced raw potatoes
1/2 C chopped carrots
1/2 C. chopped clelery
1/4 C. chopped onion
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 C. margarine
1/4 C. flour
2 C. milk
2 C. grated cheddar cheese
1 16 oz can creamed corn

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer vegetables with water and seasonings 10 minutes. Make white sauce with flour, Margery and milk. Melt cheese into sauce. Add sauce to vegetable mixture. Heat through but do not boil.
