1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese softened 2 tsp. lemon juice ¾ cup packed brown sugar 1 cup cold milk 1 cup sour cream 1 pkg. 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix 2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice, milk and vanilla pudding mixture. Beat well after each addition. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Makes about 3 ½ cups. Serve with fresh fruit like apples, strawberries, oranges, bananas, pineapple.
