1 lb. chicken breasts, diced
1/2 to 1 onion
1 chopped green pepper OR
1 4oz. can green chilies
salt, pepper, and red pepper to taste

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream (more or less to taste)
1 15oz. can refried beans (optional)
8-10 flour tortillas
shredded cheddar cheese
salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 F. Heat oil in skillet on medium-high heat and brown first five ingredients until chicken is no longer pink: drain excess oil. In large bowl, combine meat mixture, soup, sour cream, refried beans, and small handful of cheddar cheese. Warm one tortilla and place 2 to 3 Tbsp. of mixture into center of tortilla. Fold tortilla and place on large baking sheet. Repeat until tortillas and filling are used up. Bake for 25 minutes. Top with salsa and cheese before serving.
