2 eggs
1 can tomato sauce
2 slices bread, in crumbs or little pieces
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp black pepper, or to taste
1 tsp oregano
1-1/2 lb meatloaf mix of ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4-1/2 c Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl beat eggs and mix in garlic salt, pepper, oregano, and tomato sauce. Add bread crumbs, meat, and onions. Mix well. Mix in Parmesan cheese and mushrooms. Bake at 325F for 1 hour. Serve with catsup.
