1 pound lean hamburger or lean ground turkey
2 cups salsa
1 can corn-drained
1 can each black, kidney, or pinto beans-drained
Diced tomatoes
1 package taco seasoning
1 package dry ranch dressing

Directions:

Brown and drain hamburger or turkey
Add rest of ingrediants
Mix well, heat through and serve

Excellant as taco filling, used in taco salad, over rice, over baked potatoe, or with tostito chips.

1/2 cup serving equals 1 point if using weight watchers points
