ground beef or ground turkey
1 med onion
2 - 28oz cans diced tomatoes
2 med zucchini, opt
2 med yellow squash, opt
1 - 15oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 - 15oz cans fat free broth (chicken, beef, or vegetable)
4 stalks celery,diced
2 bell peppers, diced
1 pkg dry chili mix (1 1/4 oz)
1 can kidney beans

Directions:
Directions:
Spray Dutchmen with non stick spray. Brown beef or turkey and onions over medium high heat until browned, about 5 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a simmer and cook about 30 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
