3 cups cooked chicken
6 garlic cloves
1 cup chopped onion
1 can diced green chilies or jalapeno peppers
5 can (15 oz each) Great Northern beans, drained
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
5 cups chicken broth
2 Tbsp Taco seasoning or a southwestern seasoning
1 Tbsp corn starch
1 Tbsp cold water
fresh cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in dutch oven over med heat. Add onions and chiles or jalapenos. Cook for 4-5 minutes, until onion is tender. Add chicken, beans, broth, and seasoning. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Combine cornstarch and water, stirring until smooth., Add cornstarch mixture to chili and continue cooking 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Snip cilantro and stir into chili just before serving.

You can add more beans or use less. We like thick chili so we use more beans.
