2 pounds hamburger 1 chopped onion 1 green pepper 1 can peas 1 can corn 1 can mushroom soup 1 can tomato soup 1/2 pound velveeta cheese (cubbed) 1 package egg noodles 1/2 tsp chile powder
Preheat oven at 350 Brown and drain hamburger, onion, and green pepper While browning the above mixture: Boil egg noodles Mix into large bowl peas, corn, mushroom and tomato soup Mix hamburger, egg noodles, and add the chile powder Place in 9x13 casserole pan Place cubbed velveeta cheese spaced throughout mixture Bake for 45-60 minutes and serve
