4 med red potatoes, cut into wedges
1 pkg (10 ounces) frozen beans or peas
2 t butter
2 T all purpose flour
1/2 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in a saucepan. Cover with water and cook until tender. Cook beans or peas according to package directions. Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan. Stir gradually in flour, salt & pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Drain potatoes & beans or peas and place in a serving bowl. Add sauce & stir to cook.
