3 chicken breasts, cut into serving size pieces
2 beaten eggs
seasoned bread crumbs

1 cup beef broth
1 cup golden mushroom soup

fresh mushrooms
3/4 lb. grated mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Soak chicken in beaten eggs for two hours or more. Roll in seasoned bread crumbs. Brown in hot fat.

Make sauce with beef broth and golden mushroom soup

Then layer in a casserole dish: chicken, sliced fresh mushrooms, cheese, sauce.

Save some cheese for the top. Cover and bake at 350 for 1/2 hour. Uncover and bake 1/2 hour more.
