1 bag Oreo cookies
3 TB. melted margarine
1 can Hershey's chocolate syrup

2 quarts Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream
9 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Crush Oreos. Mix with margarine. Save out a small amount (1 cup) for top. Pat the rest into a 9 x 13 pan. Spread chocolate syrup on top. Next, spread ice cream on top. Then Cool Whip. Top with crumbs. Keep in the freezer.

This is such an easy dessert and can be made ahead of time. Two good reasons why it is our traditional Christmas dinner dessert.
