1 graham cracker pie crust
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 egg
1-1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp each: ginger, nutmeg & salt
1/4 c brown sugar
2 T flour
2 T butter
3/4 c chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. In large bowl, combine pumpkin, Eagle Brand Milk, egg, 3/4 tsp cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt; mix well. Turn into pie crust. Bake 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine sugar, flour, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in walnuts. Reduce oven temp. to 350. Sprinkle walnut mixture evenly over pie. Bake 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Cool. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
