Chicken cut in bite size pieces

1 c brown sugar
2 T cornstarch
2/3 c white vinegar (or red wine)
2/3 c chicken broth
1/2 c chopped green pepper
1/4 c chopped pimiento
2 T soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder

In sauce pan, combine br sugar & cornstarch. Stir in vinegar, chicken broth, pimiento, soy sauce, garlic powder. Cook and stir until thick & bubbly. Add green pepper

Brown cut cup chicken and cover with sauce and serve over rice.

NOTE: Sauce also is good for dipping wontons & egg rolls.
