Ingredients:  
1 stick oleo (cut into small pieces)
1 c oatmeal
1-1/2 c boiling water

Mix together and let stand 15 minutes

ADD:
1 c brown sugar
1 c sugar
2 eggs

Mix well
ADD:
1-1/2 c flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Mix well

Directions:
Directions:
Pour into greased 10 x 13 x 2 pan and bake 30 - 35 minutes at 350 degrees

FROSTING
1 c brown sugar
1-1/2 c coconut
1 egg
1/4 melted oleo
1 c chopped nuts
3 T light cream

Mix all ingredients together & spread on cake as soon as it is baked. Return to oven or place under broiler until slightly brown.
