1 pkg (20 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1/4 c sugar
1 carton (8 oz) cool whip
2 or 3 kiwifruit, peeled and thinly sliced
1 to 2 firm bananas, sliced
1 can (11 o) mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c red grapes halves
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c orange juice
2 T water
1 T lemon juice
1-1/2 tsp cornstarch
Pinch salt

(You can use any kind of fruit that your family likes)

Pat cookie dough into an ungreased 14" pizza pan. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until browned; cool. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in cool whip. Spread over crust. Arrange the fruit on top. In a saucepan, bring 1/4 c sugar, 1/4 c orange juice,2 T water, 1 T lemon juice and 1-1/2 tsp cornstarch and salt to a boil, stirring constantly for 2 minutes or until thickened. Cool; brush over fruit. Chill. Store in refrigerator. Yields 16-20 servings
