1 pound ground beef 8 medium taco shells, warmed
2 cups shredded Cheddar
Cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 medium tomato, chopped

Taco sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble the ground beef into a pan. Cook until brown. Drain, and stir in chili powder, salt, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and water. Cover and return to the microwave. Cook for another 3 to 4 minutes on High

Fill each taco shell with about 2 tablespoons of the ground beef, then top with desired amounts of cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato and taco sauce
