2 C. flour
1 ˝ t. soda
1 t. salt
2 C. sugar
2 T. baking powder
2 t. cinnamon
1 ˝ C. oil
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Add to above mixture:
2 cups grated carrots, a cup chopped nuts, and a small can crushed pineapple. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.

Frosting:
8 oz. Cream cheese, 1 tub oleo (or 1 ˝ sticks butter), 1-teaspoon vanilla. Mix together, with powdered sugar to the right consistency to spread.

This recipe was in the 1st CCC cookbook. It “don’t get any better” than a big ol’slab of this cake with a glass of cold milk. The only problem is when I eat it, I miss my grandmother.
