1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. minute rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
buttered bread crumbs or corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain well. Mix with soups, rice, onion, and celery. Do not dilute soup. Put in greased 2 quart casserole. Top with buttered bread crumbs or corn flakes. Bake at 350F. for 1 hour.
