2 cans broken shrimp (rinse & drain)
C. sharp cheddar cheese
5 green onions, chopped
1 C. mayonnaise
Garlic salt to taste

Mix together all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight in airtight container. Serve with crackers.

My sister-in-law Debbie first made this dish on a family vacation in San Diego. We scarfed it up after coming back to our hotel from the beach. It is now required for all family vacations.
