Fresh Spinach-more than you think,
Fresh Sliced mushrooms cut up,
Hard boiled eggs cut up,
Cooked and crumbled bacon,

Directions:
Directions:
Put first four ingredients in a large salad bowl.
Dressing for Spinach Salad:
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup ketchup
3/4 cup sugar
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 medium onion
Put in blender and mix till smooth.
Add the dressing on top of spinach, mushrooms, eggs and bacon
