2 lbs frozen hash brown or shredded potatoes (slightly thawed) 2 C. Sharp cheddar cheese (shredded) 1/2 C. diced onion COMBINE THE FOLLOWING AND POUR OVER ABOVE MIXTURE: 1 Can cream of chicken soup 1 C. milk 1 C. sour cream 1/2 C. melted butter 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper
Mix well and turn into greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with extra cheese and 1 C. crushed corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
