1-1/2 C. cut fresh green beans
1/2 C. crumbled blue cheese
1/2 C, pitted ripe olives sliced
2 Tbl. olive oil
2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place green beans in a small saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Cook beans uncovered to crisp-tender stage. Drain beans and chill. Add remaining ingredients, toss gently and refrigerate until serving.
