1- bag of chicken or 4-6 chicken breasts
1- 8oz. can chili beans
1- 16oz. can black beans
1- 16oz. can diced tomatoes - any variety
1- 10oz. can spicy tomatoes w/ green chilies
1- packet chili seasoning +/- 1tbsp. chili powder for really spicy chili
*season to taste w/ salt, black pepper, garlic and onion powder.

Boil chicken breasts until chicken breaks with fork. (approximate. 20 min. from boiling point)
While chicken is boiling, add all ingredients to large crockpot and turn on high.
Shred chicken and add to crockpot.
Mix well.
Cook on high until hot then turn to low and cook all day. (cook at least 6 hours)
Serve with shredded cheese and tortilla chips.

You can make this chili as spicy or as mild as you would like. Just adjust your ingredients to match your tastebuds.
