1 C. dry Bulgur wheat (chopped wheat grains)
3 C. boiling water
1/2 C. honey
2 T. vegetable oil
1 T salt
2 pkg. active dry yeast
1/4 C. warm water
6 1/2 - 7 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Bulgur wheat, boiling water, honey, vegetable oil and salt in large mixing bowl. Cool to lukewarm. Add yeast to warm water. Let stand a few minutes: stir to dissolve. Add to the cooled Bulgur mixture. Blend in flour in 3 parts, beating after each addition dough leaves sides of bowl. Dough will be soft. Turn onto lightly floured surface. Knead until smooth elastic and does not stick when pinched with fingers. Place in greased bowl, turning to grease all sides. Cover with waxed paper and then towel. Let rise in warm place until double in bulk, (about 2 hrs.). Punch down and divide dough in half. Shape into loaves. Place in greased ('3"5" loaf pans. Cover and let rise until doubled in bulk (about 1 hr.). Bake at 350 40 minutes or until done.

For sandwich rolls: roll dough to 3/4" thickness and cut into sandwich squares of desired size with oiled pizza cutter.
