4 Medium Zucchini
4 large Tomatoes, Chopped
1 Small Onion, minced
2 C Mushrooms, chopped
2 T Fresh Basil, minced
t Salt
t Pepper
C Feta Cheese
Ranch Dressing for Dipping

Directions:

Slice zucchini in half and cook in boiling water about 8 minutes. Drain well, scoop out center. Combine remaining ingredients and stuff zucchini
