2 boiled eggs, sieved
2 buttons garlic, chopped fine or crushed
1 1/2 T. dark mustard
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
dash of Tabasco
2 T. vinegar
2 heaping T. parsley
1 tsp. each salt and pepper

Blend all ingredients. Chill for 12 hr.

Amy is the wife of Harold "Holly" Hollenshead. "Holly" is the son of the late Harold & Virginia (Pope) Hollenshead & the grandson of the late Marvin Stephens & "Lena" (Wade) Hollenshead. This is excellent to serve alongside seafood, or just on Ritz crackers if you can't wait for the shrimp.
