1 1/2 lb steak, cubed
1 Tbsp fat
1 envelope brown gravy mix, made to directions
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp minced onion
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1/8 cup cooking wine, opt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown steak with fat and onion. Combine remaining ingredients and add to steak. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. May be served over rice or noodles.

This is very good with venison. I usually only simmer for about 45 minutes.
