Amy is the wife of Harold "Holly" Hollenshead. "Holly" is the son of the late Harold & Virginia (Pope) Hollenshead & the grandson of the late Marvin Stephens & "Lena" (Wade) Hollenshead. The stuffing is also great served in the hulls of cucumbers.
