1 can (15 oz) pumpkin 3 eggs 1 cup sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp cloves 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp ginger 1 cup evaporated milk
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450º for 10 min. Reduce heat to 350º and bake for 40-45 min. Pie is done when a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream.
