I pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. instant coconut (or vanilla) pudding
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1/4 cup poppy seeds
1 cup hot water


Directions:
Directions:
Pour cake mix and pudding mix into large mixer bowl. Using electric mixer alternately add eggs and hot water. Add oil, then stir in poppy seeds.

Pour into 3 medium sized bread pans which have been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes or until bread tests done with a toothpick.

This recipe can also be baked in a bundt or angel food pan.
