2 Cups cranberries
1 1/2 Cups water
1 Cup sugar

1 small pkg cherry jello
1/2 to 3/4 cup diced apples
1/2 to 3/4 cup celery
1/2 cup coarsely chopped nuts
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place cranberries in a medium saucepan. Add sugar and water. Cover with lid and cook over medium heat until cranberries pop.

Remove from heat. Add 1 package of cherry jello. Stir until fully dissolved. Let stand about 15 minutes before adding the other ingredients. Pour into pretty serving dish and refrigerate until set.

Larry's mother, Blanche Cook used to make this for Thanksgiving and Christmas meals. I have tried other recipes, but never found one as good as this one. I think of her every time I make it too.
