1 1/2 lbs. of chicken breast
2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
2 to 3 (14 oz.) cans Great Northern beans
1 Cup chopped onions
3 T minced or chopped garlic
2 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. ground oregano
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 to 1 tsp. red pepper
2 T olive oil
2-3 dashes of hot sauce
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies (opt.)
Salt and pepper to taste

Bake or poach chicken breasts for 30 - 40 minutes. Cool and cut into bite-size pieces. In large skillet or pan, cook onions in olive oil until wilted. Add all other ingredients and cook over medium heat for one hour.
Ladle into serving bowls and top with sour cream and shredded cheese. Serve with nacho chips.
