1 lb. coleslaw mix
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1 cup red cabbage, chopped
1/2 cup radishes, chopped
2 carrots, grated
1-1/2 cups sunflower seeds
Dressing:
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
2 packages chicken Ramen noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the coleslaw mix, vegetables and sunflower seeds. Place in refrigerator in air tight bowl. In a small bowl combine oil, sugar, vinegar and 2 packages of seasoning from the Ramen noodles. Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Just before serving, break noodles up and add to vegetables then toss with dressing.
