1 head of cauliflower
2 bunches of broccoli
1/2 of a large red onion
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. raisins
1 jar or bag of crumbled bacon bits or pieces


Dressing:

1 c. Mayonnaise
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the cauliflower, broccoli and red onion and mix together in a large serving bowl. Add the raisins. Mix up the dressing and pour over the cauliflower/broccoli/onion/raisins. Chill for at least 2 - 3 hours. Before serving, add the sunflower seeds and bacon pieces. Mix in well.
