2 (3.4 ounce) packages lemon flavor instant pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 (6 ounce) prepared graham pie crust
1 (8 ounce) tub frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Beat pudding mixes, milk and lemon juice with whisk 2 minutes (mixture will be thick.) Spread 1-1/2 cups onto bottom of crust.
Whisk 1/2 of the whipped topping into remaining pudding mixture; spread over pudding layer in crust.
Add the remaining whipped topping to create the top layer.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
Garnish with lemon zest or lemon rind curls for an extra special look.
