1 large cabbage cut into wedges 1 large onion, diced 1 small package of baby carrots 1 beef smoked sausage or polish kielbasa cut into pieces around 3 inches or smaller 1 small can petite diced tomatoes 1 small can of tomato sauce 3 or 4 peeled, quartered potatoes Salt and pepper
Put all ingredients into baking roaster lined up with cabbage wedges; add water to tomato juice as needed to cover meat and veggies. Bake at 350º until done.
This is called "Boiled Dinner" but I've always found baking better!! Just double the recipe for larger amounts of people!
