1 boneless sirloin (2-2 1/2 lb)
2 green onions thinly sliced
1 tsp. lemon peel
2/3 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from meat. Place meat in a plastic bag set in a shallow dish. For marinade, combine all ingredients. Pour mixture over steak & seal the bag. Marinate steak for 2-6 hours in refrigerator, turning the bag occasionally.
Remove steak from marinade. Pat meat with paper towel to remove excess moisture. Cook meat directly on grill. Brush meat occasionally with the marinade.
