"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
This recipe for Chicken Broccoli Casserole, by MaryBeth Madden, is from The Madden Family Cookbook ,
one of the cookbooks created at FamilyCookbookProject.com. We help
families or individuals create heirloom cookbook treasures.
Preheat oven to 350º. Cut chicken breasts in strips or chop. Combine broccoli, onion and soup. You layer the ingredients like you would a lasagna. In a greased 9 x 13 inch pan arrange cooked chicken; then soup mixture; next crumbled crackers then cheese. Start again until you use all the ingredients. Season as you would like with salt and pepper. Bake in oven for 30-45 minutes.
