14 Ounce Package Caramels
Small Can Evaporate Milk
1 Package German Chocolate Cake Mix
3/4 Cup Melted Butter
1 Cup Chopped Nuts
1 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt caramels and 1/3 cup of the evaporated milk over very low heat,stirring occasionally-until smooth.
Combine cake mix, melted butter, remaining evaporated milk and nuts. Mix well and spread 1/2 of batter into prepared pan. Bake for six minutes.

Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the partially cooked brownies. Pout the melted caramel mixture over the top and with a teaspoon, drop remaining 1/2 of batter evenly over the top.

Bake for 15-18 minutes. Let brownies cool. Refrigerate and they will set up nicely.
