1 Package 8 ounce Cheddar Cheese
6 Slices of Cooked Bacon Crumbled
1/4 Pound Fresh Asparagus
1 1/2 Cup Half & Half or Milk
4 Eggs Slightly Beaten
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper

1 Pie Crust: Ready Made or Homemade

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Follow pie crust directions according to box. Sprinkle cheese and bacon over bottom of crust. Place asparagus spears in spoke pattern on top of bacon.

Combine all remaining ingredients in small bowl. Pour over asparagus-cheese mixture. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden and set in center. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve warm.
