5 cups oatmeal
1 cup almonds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup coconut
1 cup soy flour
1 cup powdered milk
1 cup wheat germ
raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Put one cup honey and one cup oil in a pan and heat. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Spread mixture thin on cookie sheet and cook at 250 - 300 until brown. (20 to 30 minutes). It totally depends on how crunchy you like it. ( We like it crunchy!)

I always add the raisins after it has been cooked. It works fine to mix and match ingredients.
