1 cup oats
1 cup buttermilk
1 beaten egg
1/3-1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp.soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pour buttermilk over oatmeal and soak. Add oil and egg, then brown sugar. Mix flour, salt, baking powder and soda. Add dry ingredients to wet. Mix just till moistened. Bake 400 for 15-20 minutes.
