13 graham crackers, crushed
3 tablespoons melted butter
3 eggs beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1 large carton cottage cheese
9 oz cream cheese
1 lemon rind, grated
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 pint sour cream
4 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crushed graham crackers with 3 tablespoons melted butter. Place on bottom of pie pan.

Add 3/4 sugar to the 3 beaten eggs. Add cottage cheese and cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Add lemon rind and vanilla. Pour into graham cracker crust.

Bake 20 minutes at 400. Cool 15-30 minutes.

Combine sour cream, 4 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread over cooled mixture. Put in 500 oven, with door open, for 5 minutes.

When thoroughly cooled, refrigerate.
